"Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover"
You have to admit, this is some pretty good advice. However, to make it into an i-Blogger Quote I had to change it up just a little bit. So now it says...
"Don't Judge A Blog By It's Template"
Which of coarse means...
There are a lot of ugly looking blogs out there that have some great tips and information to offer it's readers, but most people don't ever give ugly looking blogs a chance. I know this because I used to have an ugly blog template.
I think there are 2 valuable lessons to be learned here...
- Try to make your blog look somewhat presentable. Pick a nice looking template and then try not to cluster it up with a bunch of widgets and advertisements.
- When you do come across an ugly looking blog, give it the benefit of the doubt and read a little bit of it. Then if it does stink as bad as it looks, by all means, exit!
So don't be a snob to the ugly blogs; bloggers have feelings too!
